Michael Snyder gave a fascinating talk at the Foresight Institute Biotech & Health Extension meeting today, sharing his group’s work interrogating data from wearables from a ‘quantified self’ perspective. Applications include self-health, aging, and covid (specifically, early detection, and monitoring effects of long covid). More discussion of the topics covered coming soon.
